How much proximity and distance to the parent company is needed? Which governance setup is the right one for which company? How do you scout efficiently? How do you recruit and involve the right people? Which agile working methods have proven their worth? And what challenges await cross-company collaborations with external partners?
These questions were the focus of the Venturing Day, which took place on September 23, 2023 at VERBUND’s premises at Vienna Westbahnhof.
The 40 or so participants found answers to these questions in short presentations and interactive exercises as well as by discussing examples of best practice.
