At Culture Day 2024, hosted by SALZBURG AG, we explored the question of what it takes to develop aninnovation and corporate culture as well as transformation skills.
Like any cultural change, the path to an overarching culture of innovation must be planned for the long term and adequately supported.
In interactive sessions on this day, the 50 participants learned what experiences other companies have already had in developing their corporate culture and what mix of strategic decisions and measures are needed to establish a sustainable innovation and corporate culture.
