The Future Work Day 2023 was held on the premises of real estate developer Value One, at the ÖBB Innovation Factory and at PALFINGER – The Hub Vienna and was dedicated to the question of what makes an “enjoyable company” and how to promote its creation.
The topics addressed by the 40 or so participants on this day were practically obvious in the post-corona era and the corresponding reorganization of many companies: modern workspace and working environment design, a more agile corporate culture, home office and other current trends were discussed. The day offered a good mix of opportunities to visit new workspaces, impact presentations and interactive exercises.
